DERATECH has a cooperation agreement with a renowned manufacturer with more than 30 years of experience in the development and production of press-brakes and shears.
DERATECH is partially responsible for the design of the machine. A lot of attention is paid to the quality and durability of the machines : all frames are welded by robot and are heat-annealed afterwards for stress-relief, all cylinders are honed and chromed, the frame is built robust and stable... All machines arrive in Belgium mechanically assembled.
The installation of the desired CNC-control, tooling, safety devices,... all is done by our skilled people in Belgium. Each and every machine is thoroughly tested before delivery to the end-user or dealer.
We only use the best top-brand components : ABB main motor, VOITH pump, BOSCH-REXROTH or HOERBIGER hydraulics, LazerSafe safety light guards, CYBELEC or DELEM cnc-controls, SIEMENS, TÉLÉMÉCANIQUE, GE,... electrics and electronics, PANASONIC motor drivers,...
All components are currently available on the market - THE CUSTOMER IS NOT TIED WITH HANDS AND FEET TO DERATECH !!
